Returning home after working or living abroad can be a challenging transition. Migrants may need support in finding employment, starting a business, accessing social services, or obtaining information on available government programmes.

The Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) provides information and referrals to support returning migrants in their reintegration process. Available services may include:

• Information on employment opportunities in Tajikistan;
• Referral to vocational training and skills development programmes;
• Guidance on business start-up and self-employment opportunities;
• Information on financial literacy and effective use of savings and remittances;
• Referral to relevant state institutions and support services;
• Information on social protection and available assistance programmes.

MRC counsellors can help returnees identify available opportunities and connect them with relevant organizations and institutions.
